Integrate TimeTrack location, timecard and job information with other back-office sofware applications!

Xora can integrate into many common software packages via standards-based integration methods such as web services, ODBC or flat-file data exchange. Listed below are some common applications which our customers integrate with.


Accounting

Information collected in the field using mobile phones through the Xora application can be transferred electronically into many common accounting packages. The data from Xora is used within the accounting package for payroll and customer invoicing.

Construction Management

Accurate time and job information, including cost codes, can be collected on mobile phones using the Xora system then transferred electronically into construction management applications for payroll and job costing.

Field Service Management

Information collected through the Xora application can be transferred electronically into existing Field Service Management applications for integrated job scheduling and location-aware dispatching. Jobs are scheduled from within these Field Service Management applications and dispatched to the appropriate worker's mobile phone through the Xora system. The mobile worker can update the job and that information is then sent through Xora back to the Field Service Management application, providing real-time job updates to the supervisor or dispatcher.


Time & Payroll

Accurately keeping track of time for office workers is simple. Doing the same for mobile workers can be a challenge. Mobile workers often wait until the end of the day, or even the end of the week to fill in their paper timesheets, so errors are common. Then plenty of time is wasted collecting and entering this information into a payroll or timekeeping application. With Xora, the phone becomes a tamper-proof time clock, and all the information can be electronically transferred to other time and attendance systems or payroll services.
